Refund extra payment for a loan

My name its kedibone molaodi.i had a loan with fnb long time ago.so I made agreement with them to pay my loan and I did and I finish.last payment was on 28 March 2026.and I was paying them with debit order but thought recurring I set date everyone and it was automatically payment.so on the 28 April 2026 payment was made again hence March was my last payment with amount of R987 .so can I get a refund of the money that was paid because that was a mistake .
