I have been struggling to get my business account removed on hold and a lady by the name Joneece went out of her way to make sure I have my account sorted, when everyone else avoided to assist. She made suggestions and for every problem she had solution. The level of service was out of this world with a smile even when I frustrated the process she made sure I'm comfortable and I was happy with every resolution....
