FREEZED ACCOUNT
Fnb Lesotho'service is very bad.my acc got freezer on Saturday, I went to the branch to ask what the problem might be,I was told to come back on a Monday,I went there again today. All they asked me was where does certain money paid to my acc comes from.i told them I play online Stokels,I trade crypto currencies and sometimes do forex.All the info I gave them is true,but my acc is still frozen up until now.Its very unfortunate that us poor people we are treated like trash when we try to make a living!please unfreeze my account I want to pay my bills...if what I do for a living is against your bank please let me know so that I can close my account with you and join other banks.

17 May 2023, 13:27Fnb please attend to my query.you sent me an email saying a consultant will contact me in 24 to 48hours,and the 48hours is almost over and no one has contacted me..please assist me to unfreeze my account because I did not ***** that money,I told you where is it from.is there anything that is needed from me except the I fo I provided?so that I can provide it.honestly this is causing inconveniences on my side.please treat your customers well fnb.

Only my smart gold account was unfreezed,and the savings pocket is freezed.please help me unfreeze it hle ppl of God,because all the funds I get through that account are still also from the online Stokely,crypto currencies and forex...as I have provided proof at my branch I thought my accounts are all unfreezed,only to find that the savings pocket is still freezer...your assistance eill highly be appreciated fnb.
