Bad Customer Service

Good evening. I am very unhappy with the fact how I have been treated regarding my loan account at FNB and the debt review company Debtcare. I hereby would like some answers because I took out a loan of R40 000 with FNB in 2018, I paid my loan account for 2 years for the amount of R1649pm approximately, I can't remember the exact amount at the time. Then COVID19 happened. I then needed to get some financial relieve and app**** for debt review with Debtcare. So I started paying Debtcare end of October 2020 a monthly amount of R3000 which needed to go against all my debt and I have paid it for 5 years of which my original debt were +-R155000 all together. I end up with a total amount of +-R175000 which I have paid the debt review company who distributed the money against all my creditors of whom FNB were one of them. So, the Loan account for the past 5 years kept on ballooning, which made me worried and I started asking questions but with no luck. I then stopped paying the debt review compamy after 5 years because I couldn't afford it anymore and then got a sms which were from a lawyer, meaning FNB handed me over because they didn't get any payments anymore. I have been trying to get hold of someone at Debtcare to explain to me what and how did this happen but with no luck. I then layed a complaint with FNB and I spoke with a lady by the name of Sharon Trollip which I explained my scenario and she said she will get back to me but never did. I even sent 5 years' statements from Debtcare to her to await some relive on this loan account, but never did. So where does this leave me because I owe FNB more than what I borrowed in 2018, how is this possible? Please can someone get back to me within a week because I need answers. Thank you, C C
