FMI - Looks for ANY excuse to deny an income protection claim.

Sadly I've come to the realization that FMI looks for any and all excuses to not pay out claims. In December I suffered a herniated disc which left me unable to walk, sit or drive, this continued all the way to the end of January 2019 and I'm currently still in immense pain. They declined my claim based upon a doctors appointment back in January of 2015 where I was given an injection and some pills for upper leg pain. I had no tests done or follow up appointments and never saw a physiothe******/chiropractor etc. This is ridiculous and totally unacceptable.
