Do not make use of the company!!!!!
Would not recommend this company! Very unprofessional, no communication, empty promises, does not adhere to scheduled times. They have no respect whatsoever for their customers. I had to follow up and call them 99% of the time. Spoke to the Finance Manager, the Project Manager, the 3rd party installer (also very rude) but service delivery did not improve. 2 x scheduled installation dates and no one pitched. 3rd scheduled install date has come and gone, after they promised that this would be the last and final attempt to get us sorted, no communication on the day. Installer called at 12pm demanding to know why I am not home (it was communicated that he would arrive at 9, when I followed up at 10 they did not know where he was, around 11 he was "in the area but could not find the house"). Dep paid in April. Initial install promised before 27 April. Stock still lying in my garage today 1 June. I repeat, WOULD NOT RECOMMED.

Deposit was paid on the 27th April, unfortunately there is no way installation can happen on the same day. Project takes planning, stock picked etc.
We do understand your frustration and we have escalated and resolved this matter.
As per your communication via email to our Financial Manager on Monday 29 May 2023:
Hi NickyMyself and Brandon has agreed that we will keep the stock and just find another installer. So no need for a refund. Thanks for trying from your side also.Regards,Jennilee
Your review above dated 1 June 2023 (3 days later) you state that "the stock is still lying in my garage."
Kindly advise if you have changed your mind about keeping the stock.
