BELLIGERENCE AND POOR TRAINING

After having looked for a job for quiet some time I got a response from this company and went for an interview and I was successful. I was then invited for a day of observation where I had to shadow existing employees and I was assigned to an individual who then had to do a meet and greet to get to know each other before going to the field. I do have sales experience and 2IC exerience. We shared greetings and then he asked me questions about my previous work experience and said "well you do not have enough sales experience (18 months as he per his opinion), no fiels sales experience and management experience why should I waste my time with you today?" The post was advertised as an entry level so for people with no experience at all I just wonder what they have to go through. When taken in by a company they see potential in you and they provide you with the training and support and should you then fail you are regarded as ***********. I did report this to the head of HR and recruitment and they said they would reprimand the individual and give me feedback but I must come back so I can get paired with someone else. After going home I wanted to go back but the way I was so crushed was so immense to a point that I decided to not go back (mind you this is my second encounter with the business). Yes I did not go back and did not get feedback as to what happened to the employee however having someone who is so belligerent addressing a potential employee makes me wonder how they do treat customers who do not buy on the field.
