Following regulations specificly Health and Safety is not a requirement for FM Infrastrucures

FM Infrastructure is busy with construction on a Water tower in Benoni. They put a wire from their fence to a trees outside the contruction side. My husband was driving around looking on the progress done and how far they are with the tower on the pavement.This wire that was connected from their fence to the trees pulled him of his bike and heard him badly. This is a site that have all the health and Safety signs on a billboard however there was no indication or sign that there is a wire holding up their fence. A huge healthe and Safety issue. The public uses that road to go to the ******* dump and the clinic. This could have happened to anyone. We had to rush my husband to the Hospiat on the 29th of July 2023 he struggled to breath. There was no-one on site to assist or to even report this incident to. The Sunday 30th of July my son went back to the site to report this incident and the Security had to reply and comments. I went back to the site on the Monday 31 July 2023 to speak to someone and show them what this neglecligancy on your side. The health and safety officer on side immediatly removed the wire infront of me. We lodge a complaint and said the only thing we need is for the Medical cost to be covered . Everything was submitted to there offices and we spoke to Florah the Health and Safety manager. This lady is just never available. No replying to any messages send to her. She does not phone you back when you leave messages. Today the 11th of October 2023 we have heard nothing from them. lawers are call us to pay our Medical expenses Florah have all the invoices. She keep on saying that she will follow up with their liabilty fund but nothing happens. This is fustrating that people just not care about other people even if the accident that occur is due to their Negligence. There is no manager to representative that you can report this wrong doing to. No one is available
