FM Branding - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

If there was an option for no stars, I would have selected that instead! We confirmed our order with this company during mid-November 2019 for the delivery of corporate gifts to be made to us by 4 December 2019. The lady in charge, Christine, requested that full payment be made in order for delivery to take place as planned. We comp**** and paid in the full amount during November 2019. Since doing the payment, we had numerous issues with FM Branding. 1. She claimed that our artwork had to be redone, which we accepted and this was done. 2. Delivery was scheduled on 3 December 2019 by Christine, but without 2 of the major items that were ordered. 3. Delivery date was revised to 17 December 2019. Christine closed her business on 6 December 2019 and confirmed that all items would be delivered by 17 December 2019. On 18 December 2019, we received 2 boxes by courier with only 2 of the 7 items that we had ordered. Upon enquiring with Christine, we were informed that we should take this up with the Courier Guy, who informed us that she recalled 2 boxes which were sent to us in error as these belonged to another client. All the while, we scheduled meetings with high level clients in the Public Sector from 18 to 19 December 2019 in order to supply them with gifts. After numerous enquiries, Christine confirmed that she had gotten our order terribly wrong and to make matters worse, 2 of our items were not ready as the machine at the service provider's facility had broken. This was on 20 December 2019. She's made too many promises and created false expectations. It seems that she runs a small capacity business that cannot deal with orders. Furthermore, she does not and will not honour her contractual obligations. She also took payment and did not bother with our delivery, other than ensuring that she went on holiday to New Zealand. I would definitely not recommend that anybody does business with FM Branding situate in Benoni, Gauteng, South Africa (Tel: ***). This would be a total waste of your money, time and resources. Rather source a reputable and credible service provider instead! As at the date of this review, we have not received the balance of our order. We will have to deliver 2019 Christmas Corporate gifts to our clients during the last week of January 2020 as a result of the sheer inefficiency and incompetence of FM Branding.
