Irresponsible behavior

A very bad experience from xl Flywell travels. I’ve msgd them regarding a post I saw on instagram first they denied about the trip then when I sent them a screenshot they said they will get back to me. Now I’m msging them but they are least bothered to reply and this is not the first time it has happened. They are not serious about their customers rather look for some other agent than Flywell travels
