Flyway Travelz is a ****

In July 2023 we paid for a trip to Bali for a family of 4 adults . The travel dates were supposed to be 27 December 2023 - 04 January 2024. They promised to send us flight tickets a week after completing the forms however they didn't send the tickets.

I made several calls, WhatsApp, sms and emails and there was no response. We went to check their office in Kimberly, it doesn't exist. We went to ASATA and they are not accredited by ASTA

Below is their last response when I asked when are we going to get the tickets and what is the cause of the delay?;

"Good day

The payment was received, however I do see on the system that there was an error as taxes were not included on the Quote.

The tickets were supposed to be issued long back.

I went to their page on Instagram and ask who has used Flyway Travelz before or who has been to their office, they cancelled that message and blocked me.

We sent an email with our banking details to Flyway Travelz to cancel the trip and request our money back , we haven't receive our money.

We opened a case against Flyway Travelz and they are being investigated.
