Zintle the worst check in agent

My heart is broken into pieces by a check in agent at desk 85 by the name Zintle (that’s if that’s her real name) she is very rude, *********** and wasted so much of my time.

I am relocating to Johannesburg, leaving my family and friends behind, the last thing I need is a grumpy agent who doesn’t even know how to do her job.

To witness her smile and treat people infront of us with respect (white people) and her behaviour changing when she had to serve us, I am not one to complain, but honestly I will not let this one go, she needs customer service training because clearly she does not know how to treat people, I’ve worked in customer service for almost 10 years what I got today was total disrespect, she deserves to be in a closed office where she doesn’t have to see people, she walked away while I was addressing my issue and never looked back!
