You saved my trip to Cape Town!

<p>I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Safair, and in particular Nkosinathi at OR Tambo and Shelley at the call centre. I almost missed my flight, but Nkosinathi personally helped me get on in time with my luggage, and remained friendly throughout. I was then so stressed that I dropped my licence on the plane. When I realised, I called the central line, and Shelley took my details, managed to track it down for me, and called me back within minutes! <br />Thank you - you saved my trip to Cape Town!!</p>
