You have to be joking FlySafair?!?

I actually can't believe this.. I am trying to book 3 adult flights and 2 kids flights from CT to Durban for a holiday we are taking later this year. My daughter is currently under 2 but will be 2 when we fly. I put in all our details and ID/birthdates etc and the system said I can't book her as she is under 2. However, if I book her as an infant and we get the much lower infant ticket, when we go to fly they will see she is actually over 2. We called and we were told sorry we have to wait until our daughter is 2 to book our tickets! Are you kidding me?!? Our family of 5 have to all wait and hope that there are flights left on the times we want and pay for last minute tickets because their system is that rudimentary that they can't account for this VERY COMMON ISSUE?! Seriously... I would laugh if I wasn't so upset at the idiocracy of it all.
