WTG SAFAIR

Hi <br> <br> I wish to compliment Safair for replacing my luggage that was damaged on to my recent trip to Cape Town. I reported the incident at Cape Town International and I was contact within a few days and my situation was dealt with, in a speedy manner. I wish they could have repaired my case coz it was of sentimental value, nevertheless my case was replaced and I want to thank them. Unlike Mango Airlines when two bottles of very expensive perfumes were ****** out my case, even though I reported it within 48 hours they made no effort to replace the ****** goods rather they blamed me for being negligent. WTG SAFAIR. Will definitely fly again using your airline but please take care of my luggage.
