Wrap your Suitcase or fly with another airline!!!

I warn people do stay away from this useless airline. My Brand new suitcase was scratched, broken and damaged by them. Can’t you handle people’s luggage with care and civility. First day using this suitcase and they’ve ruined it. I highly recommend using Airlink instead. If you really must use them, wrap your suitcase. They do not have the professionalism to take care your their customers suitcases.
