Worst website, call center and experience ever

Your website is absolutely terrible. When calling to make changes to your ticket, as a Premium ticket holder you get prompted to log on to the website and make changes there. This is impossible as the round button with the X that you refer to DOES NOT EXIST. Then when you call the call center for assistance you hold for 20-30 minutes (never use the call back function as this will take 3 days) only to be cut off when your call is answered. Never will I make use of your services again
