<p>You pay for baggage and just like that sorry ma'am we do not cover wheels on claims when I gave you a fully functional bag. So just like that I'm supposed to throw the bag away. Your people throw our bag's and they get damaged and you applaud them for it. </p> <p>I WILL NOT USE FLYSAFAIR EVER AGAIN no relative of mine is going to use it also. </p>
