Worst Service Ever and Incorrect information provided

I had booked a flight with FlySafAir and missed my flight when i called in the CallCenter i was told that i only need to pay R200 Service fee for a re-booking of my flight, I had gone to the airport within the hour of missing my flight when i had gotten to the door i was rudely told by the airport security at Lanseria Airport to stand and wait outside when i eventually got assistance after 30 minutes of standing at the door the lady just advised me that i would have to pay full price for two new tickets I was then sent away and made to book two new airline tickets the next day as it was a matter of emergency.
