Worst service ever and false advertising

We need a refund for our flights as we are not people that normally travel. All holidays has been cancelled for the rest of the year. My husband is jn SANDF so we can not travel. We where told only vouchers that will be valid for 12 months. We took the voucher but then they email the voucher and it's only for 6 months. This is false advertising and I still want my money back I will not travel any time soon so I want my money back not a voucher
