Worst service ever

I am experiencing the most ridiculous service from Flysafair. I made a booking online, payment went through from my account but my booking showed that a payment is outstanding, I called the customer service and they assured me that payment was received and I would get a confirmation in no time. Two hours later I tried to check is the mistake was rectified then it showed that my booking was cancelled instead. I sent emails, even tried the WhatsApp service but I have not received a response and the money. I want that booking reinstated because I didn't request for it to be cancelled and it's paid for.
