Worst Service Ever

<p>I will never use safair again. Two days in a row they told us we were late for a flight, when in essence we were still in time. Customers before us still could check in and from us and back were shown away. They were unfriendly, unhelpfull and just very unsympathetic. I had to rebook a flight which cost me double. From now on I will just use SAA as they always help even if your late. Which has happened to me before. They will not even call a manager to help you or that you can speak to. Never again and I am a regular flyer. No SAFAIR you are disgusting. </p>
