worst service by far

<p>I baught a ticket from safair for my sisters son,we asked the ladybat counter from pick en pay if we can buy for 11 year old child..she entered the i.d number and gave us a ticket.now the airline is saying that they can not allow him to fly un accompanied by an adult.the ticket was for one person and we gave his i.d number..now they dont want to refund us or allow him to fly i am forced to take a vouchet of which i cant use...the managers at the airport is very rude..the people unhelpfull and untrained. This was not explained to us when buying the ticket and i will now report this to cpa</p> <p> </p>
