Worst Service

<p>First time using this airline. Booked a ticket for two with FlySafair, one passenger could no longer go, they can't won't or refuse a voucher for a ticket to be used later. </p> <p>I find someone who can use a ticket before the flight so I can rebook. Ticket was R900. They say the changes will be R500, R300 for change, R100 air fair difference and R100 service fee (clearly a duplication of R300 fee). So I make the change for R500.</p> <p>Then they tell me it's another R300! What the hell?!?!?</p> <p>I say stop. Don't want this. No I'm told they won't reverse R500!</p> <p>They treat their passengers like the mob their victims for ******ion. </p> <p>Flysafair YOU TRULY ARE *******!!!</p> <p>My employees and I will NEVER use them again and I advise others to learn from my mistake. </p>
