Worst local airline - Flysafair

Worst airline with the worst customer service and rudest employees. To tell someone "go buy a new ticket" when you are 2min late for check-in on a domestic flight and refuse to assist or where to go for assistance. Questions come up as to why such service 1. Incompetence? 2. Being deliberate because they have to work on a holiday? 3. **************? It is hard to believe that you refuse people to check-in for only being 2min late! We and our extended family and friends will never make use of flysafair again. And I sincerely hope there are people reading this review and learn from our experience not to use flysafair. I would rather suggest using airlink. Staff is friendlier and understanding and go out of their way to assist customers.
