Worst experience ever
I booked this flight weeks ago and am at the airport being told I don't have a seat and this is the last flight to Cape Town tonight.
I can not get a refund yet there is an airlink flight with a seat, which I can't book until I'm sure of a refund... I have also been ignored when I've asked about a hotel.
I'm still at the airport if anyone reads this in time

21 Jul 2024, 19:38In order to get home for work tomorrow I've booked a flight for R3370 and just made boarding... I'm hoping for at least the difference... But something additional for the inconvenience, rudeness with sales blaming the info desk and vise verse
