Worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever with FlySafair. Due to engine problems we have been delayed from 18:15 on Flight FA477 from King Shaka to Lanseria on 26 March 2022. Received very bad communication. Wil never again fly with Flysafair. Wish there was a zero star rating. Received an sms at 22:15 that the flight will be delayed to 01:40. Hopefully we will be flying by 01:40. They couldn't even make a decent plan. The aircraft is leaving from OR Tambo to Lanseria to pick up the passengers there that should have been pick up on our arrival to Lanseria. From there it is coming to pick us up. Is that really the best plan to make? Received an R80 meal voucher for what its worth. FlySafair you disappoint!
