Worst experience ever

It’s a pity I can’t give them zero(rating) worst experience ever..booked a flight for me and my family from Johannesburg to P.E arrived supper early we went on a line to register our bags or whatever when we get there there is this huge line and there’s only one teller and she dealing with like 3lines we had to wait there for n hour and a half which resulted in us missing our flight they didn’t even care and we lost a lot of money that day..so was this their plan because they knew that when u miss the flight you not gonna get a refund or whatever they making money of us and it’s sickening are you guys running a **** or something
