Worst Customer Service

Worst customer service on WhatsApp ever. Honestly please just do your company a favour and fire Reabetswe Kunene as a representative. She ends the chat without even responding. If I could give a minus rating I would. I've seen multiple complaints about her so clearly she's a problem worker. I had a question about a serious medical question, and this is how she treats it. People's lives could be at risk at her hands.
