Worst customer service and worst flight company

Its the worst flight company to deal with, i bought tickets for my wife to fly up from cape town to Jhb and we wanted my 2 year old daughter to fly with her back. We got all the required documentation from home affairs which states that they are experiencing a back log on birth certificates and my daughter certificate is still not available, however they did give us a certified document from them to show that my daughter has been registered and that they are experiencing a bag log and still my daughter cant board the flight. This resulted in us canceling the ticket and now they just give us a voucher to use within the next 12 months but this is totaly unacceptable as why would we use the ticket if my daughter cant fly back ??
