Worst Customer experience ever!

I have just had the worst experience flying with Safair!

I have paid to be on stand by and had 20 mins to get past the boarding gate. By the time I got there, I was told that the flight was no longer boarding!

The Manager, Acrinah said she would come and assist, instead she knocked off ànd went home. Anathi was the Supervisor on duty, she listened to my complaint and then also went home!

This airline has the worst Customer Service ever!
