Worst Call Centre Agents

I wouldn’t even give this company a rating at all , that 1 star is a lot on its own. Their call centre agents NEVER answers calls or WhatsApp text messages. What is the point of having agents if no one ever attends to calls or messages? I will never recommend this company for ANYTHING!
