Worst airline in the world

The worst airline in the world!!! My Elderly mother was booked as an assisted traveler to fly from Cpt to King Shaka on the 23rd of April, she was assisted at Cape Town Airport but when she landed in King Shaka, no one was there to help her off the airplane or help her get her luggage or anything. She needs assistance to walk and no one from FlySafair was there to help her. Then she flew back on the 7th of May from King Shaka to Cape Town and again, she was only assisted at King Shaka but when she landed in Cape Town, no one from the airline was helping her. She had to get her luggage herself, she was assisted by a stranger to get off the airplane. She was hyper ventilating and in a very poor exhausted condition when my sister in law got to her at the arrival hall. This is totally unacceptable and we specifically asked for assistance.
