WORST AIRLINE IN THE COUNTRY!

This "Airline" should be avoided like the plague. I paid for travel insurance so that if any of my items were damaged on my flight it would be covered.

However these people have destroyed my work PC by THROWING it on the plane (The side panel is shattered, power supply unusable for safety reasons and case is dented)

When I asked about claiming this the useless woman on the phone simply said that the insurance may not seem to cover fragile items. Honestly that is BS.

They caused at least R3500 worth of damage to my very important machine and refuse to take any action. I have not heard an update dispite requesting for it through multiple methods of communication.

ANY MUSICIANS or passengers with FRAGILE equipment or items, this circus of an airline is not for you. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!
