Worst airline in SA

Most unhelpfull airline in SA. Stand at checkin counter, no bag drop off, yet you able to checkin online. If you bag is not at the counter within 40 minutes from departure, you unable to checkin, and have to rebook and pay. You forced to pay for baggage, yet clients come with oversized bags, delays the fights yet if you ontime and delayed at the counter you forced to pay for new fights as they unable to check your bags. Worst customer service i have ever seen, resulting in more revenue for safair exploiting their clients
