WORST AIRLINE FLYSAFAIR - irresponsible

Worst airline! BEWARE, we flew down to Cape Town in May. On arrival our luggage was damaged. We reported immediately after collection. Submitted the required damage forms etc same day. I was warned that they would not do anything about it.. trusting that FLYSAFAIR will act honestly and professionally, I waited fortheir response. After a single phone call 3 weeks later I was told they would attend to it. I’ve sent several emails to their client services ‘Shuhail ’ now over a month later no response or resolve. BEWARE WHEN USING THIS AIRLINE NOT RECOMMENDED. I have a video of the airport service desk lady who showed no interest or concern. I Will not use the airline, and don’t recommend anyone else too, pay the extra bit and use an honorable and responsible airline. Disgusted.
