Worst airline

Worst experience ever. Booked my mom a. Flight for 26th March 2022 at 6:15pm. The dlight was delayed with no communication or updates to passengers for hours. The compensation was ppor. It is now 10:30pm and only now do they say to passengers they should wait till 2:30am to fly. How can you even expect that. A mother flying alone, a whole family sitting hours and worried of her safety and to land that time in the morning is extremely inconvenient. I cant believe the inconsiderate behavior and ignorance displayed by flysafair
