WORST AIRLINE EVER! DONT FOLLOW OWN POLICIES

When booking flights I always take out insurance, as I have been the unfortunate victim of my things getting lost by airlines.

When booking with FLYSAFAIR I did the same. I was unfortunately unable to fly the day planned, but had some peace as the airline states that is you have insurance that you ticket will be refunded in full.

However, oh nay nay.... this is not the case. Even though it states on the website that is their procedure I was rudely informed by the consultant that I am wrong.

okay... it states on the website that I will be refunded if I cancel the insured flight. but when questioning about that, I am wrong? The promise made by the consultant that his manager will get in contact with me also never happened?
