WORST AIRLINE EVER! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!

I flew Safair for the first time on Saturday from Durban to CPT and will never fly it again. I am also in the travel and tourism industry and can assure you that I will Never recommend it to any of my clients, family or friends. I sat in row 25c away from my husband because as we booked online and checked in, by the time we printed our boarding passes our seats where somehow changed. But that's minor. My seat was broken and I didn't know it until I reclined my seat and fell asleep. The Air hostess, whatever her name was, came and woke me up asking me to put my seat up. I asked why and she said because my seat is touching the passenger behind me legs. I said so what? Aren't seats meant to recline. She was rude and abrupt asking if I would like to have the seat on my leg. I rep**** saying no need to be so rude. I pulled my seat up and again it kept going backward. Another air hostess came and asked me to move my seat up again as the seat was broken. I rep**** saying I cannot sit with no back rest for 2 hours even without reclining the seat went backward! She said she will look for an empty seat for me and I could move as the seat was indeed very broken. I waited... and still waiting
