Worst Airline ever

<p>This is certainly the worst airline that I have dealt with.</p> <p>They do not help at all - they are *****ing all their customers even if you take a insurance on your ticket</p> <p>You still have to pay extra if you want to move your date and or change name on ticket</p> <p>that and also will not refund you if you cannot make the flight</p> <p>I am so totally disappointed after I have spoken to one of the consultants at the branch prior of my booking to make sure that if I have to change and or cancell flight if I will be refunded and she confirmed that it can be done.</p> <p>Now when I tried to do that I will either have to pay in a total amount of the new flight prices and or loose the whole amount I have paid</p> <p>This is not acceptable at all I would like all the FlySafair customers to take care when booking with this airline they are realy *****ing their customers over. And or not educate the people working for them.</p> <p> </p>
