Worst airline

Flysafair is the ****piest airline in the history of local airlines. My flight was cancelled by them and they gave me a flight that now goes to CPT via Jhb in the morning…the day before! There are now flights available that are going directly from Durban to CPT in the evening…still on the day before but better than missing an entire day that I needed to be in Durban. They now expect me to pay for the difference yet the error was on their part. I had booked my flights almost a month ago only for them to cause such a huge inconvenience for me. I now have additional expenses for an extra day in Cape Town. The call centre people keep using the words “we have accommodated you by making a change”…Accommodating me when the error is on their part!
