Worse company ever

So dissapointed with FlySafair. Flights were booked for 10:30 been delayed due to faulty parts, parts arrived from JHB at 13:00 but now we are informed its the incorrect parts !!! flights are now delayed till 19:00 tonight. I called the call centre and was on hold for 17 min - Their terms shows that if a flight is delayed for more than 2 hours they will put you on the next available flight , there was a flight at 12:30 but we didnt get put onto the flight. After 17 min Refilwe answered as i explained my query she put the call down in my ear. I called back and took the option for someone to call me back but havent received any calls. Tried the whatsapp route and it shows You have now been connected with Sabeta Maholi but its been 2 hours and no response. Will never book with FlySafair again.
