World’s most on time airline… EXCEPT when it comes to refunds!

After some sort of an app malfunction I ended up with two tickets on the same flight. I requested a refund online, received an automated reply and then things went quiet… After numerous e-mails and unanswered phone calls I started communicating via WhatsApp. I was sent a screenshot showing that my refund was “processed” on the 31st of May. It is the 2nd of July and the money still does not reflect in my account… So disappointed!! (Noticed similar reviews here, hope they eventually got their money back)
