Won't ever support them again

I won't book FlySafair ever again. They are insensitive. On the 29th of September we were 5 minutes late for Baggage, yes i know our fault due to 2 big accidents. At 11:10 we were at the FlySafair Customer Support resale counter to move our flight or get a voucher and the lady refused to help us. She kept on saying there are no flights and I must phone the call. I logged my query on the Chatbot AI, phoned and sent a email. Was not assisted. Since then I have phoned every Monday and everytime someone says they will come back to me. And they don't. Today I phoned 3 times, each call 30 minutes plus. To be told now they can't help as I should of sorted it out at the resale counter. NEVER EVER SUPPORT THESE HEARTLESS PEOPLE EVER AGAIN. R9000 later and they don't give a F***
