Wonderful South African service.

I make a point of making good reviews, because people tend to only review in bad times. However -

Fly SAFAIR - all your staff are wonderful. You have a great company culture and it shows. From the helpful check in lady at OR Thambo, to the polite and friendly air hosts - I had a great flight.

(It might also have to do with my attitude, but I think if people were calmer and more graceful, that would see that there is reasons for things and sometimes we have to take responsibility for our own actions. I.e as the info states on your website; arrive at least 90minutes before a domestic flight - I almost got caught by this one chancing it at 60 minutes)

I also have to commend you on your Business Class or Economy Premium ticket, I think its value for money, especially come from an international flight, it accommodated my needs well. I enjoyed the bonus of the snack on board!

On board your plane, which has nice sized seats, for big people, I found it clean and your menu has well designed and thought out. I ordered a pesto sandwhich is it absolutely delicious, beyond the usual sandwhich standards. I'm glad I wasn't on the early bird flight haha. Your creative team are also great!
