When the letter of the Law destroy good business trust...!

We booked and paid a ticket and on arrival the passengers waiting in the line were so many that by the time my daughter had to check in her luggage she was told she is 5 minutes late and she missed the flight..... If we were really late its understandable but the staff was really rude and simply told us that my daughter missed her flight... I think if FlySafair was really business and client orientated they could have allowed her..... However we accept that we were 5 minutes late and left to book another flight with another airline on our own expense We will definitely not do business with FlySafair soon.... Thanks
