Wheelchair missing

I am a disable, and I used this service and they lost my wheelchair, emails was send and eventually they confirmed wheelchair has been lost, I was advise to put in a claim I did. Up till today no one called me just send me a reference number for my claim. So basically I am in need of my wheelchair. I just need a update on my claim
