What a Disappointment

I am beyond outraged at the service I received from this airline, and I don't even know where I start but I will share this everywhere and with everyone that listens.

1. We booked a return flight to ELS departing on Friday the 6th of May for 11:35, to my disappointment tue new suitcase I just received as a birthday gift 3 days prior was damaged badly to to how rough our luggage must be handled, stressed on the fact that my bag is new and I just arrived upon reporting this I was asked to wait 2 weeks before someone calls me to deal with my case, 2 weeks for a return ticket of 4 days, how I don't even know. I rated negatively on my feedback email and asked someone to call me still nothing 4 days later.

2. Due to the fact that we were from a funeral my grandmother had to stay behind for cultural reasons and upon arrival we asked about the process of changing return tickets and were told about the fees of which we had no troubles with, today before our departure I attempt changing my grandmother's ticket the same lady who helped on Friday says to us if the person is not here I can't help you, so I say okay where can I call to change it I tell her the supposed flight is in an hour she tells there's possibly nothing that can be done because after the departing time it's too late all things she didn't mention when we enquired on Friday. Nonetheless, I take the number to try sort this out before out flight the line says we're number 18 for over an hour, so we board in hopes to sort this out in JHB. We get to JHB and the lovely guy who assisted us here tried so much to help us but alerted us that this lady never even made a note so there's nothing we can do now the tickets has been forfeited a whole R1400 gone down the drain because of your staff members negligence.

3. To top it all off my damaged suitcase got damaged again on the otherwise the wheel was broken in and it can now only stand on 3 wheels even after wrapping it so it can be handled carefully and be more durable.

Wow no this airline is utter nonsense I must say.
