Watch missing from checked in luggage(Flysafair)

I flew with flysafair from durban to johannesburg and i had a watch in my checked in luggage. My zips were also cable tied and the ties were broken after checking in my luggage and my watch went missing. I have contacted the airline asking for my item back and they advised it is not possible. DO NOT fly with flysafair, very dissappointed with customer service
