Waste of time for R10 ticket sale

The R10 birthday ticket sale was nothing more than a complete waste of anyones time. Expecting customers to wait online in a "waiting room" for hours and hours endlessly with zero communication, timing etc is not ok. we are not kids waiting for handouts that we must wait in a line for. It has put me off booking normal tickets now , I have to say, what an incredibly poorly thought through promotion or how to handle it. I am sure there are many many more p@$%&*d off customers than happy ones. We couldn't even see the fine print or whether airport taxes were included or anything. Altogether left a bad taste.
